We thank you all for choosing our service & giving us the chance to serve you. Cancellations: All rentals can be cancelled without any charges only within 2 days after the booking. Bookings cancelled 21 days before the date of service will be subjected to half of the total charges and cancellations within 7 days will be subjected to 100% of the charges, excluding tip for the driver. Payments: We have the right to charge the full payment to the credit card upon booking, unless, discussed otherwise. In case the total payment is not arranged with the card, the customer must pay the entire payment before starting the trip. Not allowed to stand on the limos or party buses: Customers are strictly not allowed to stand on the buses or limos. Drivers cannot enforce this rule since they have to pay attention to driving, a person that is hurt due to not staying in their seat belt or standing will not be covered by our insurance.
